PRODUCT INFORMATION

On the iflamaglasses.com website, we exclusively sell sunglasses, prescription glasses, and eyewear accessories from the iFlama Glasses brand. These products are purchased directly from PIOTTICA MANSI from the manufacturer and are the official brand retailer.

Product characteristics are listed in the respective product descriptions, while images and colors may not accurately represent reality due to different displays generated by various browsers and screens used and the unique nature of the product, especially for sunglasses, which may result in color differences between photos and the product.

LIABILITY

All products are thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure their integrity.

Upon delivery, the customer must verify that the products are intact and correspond to what was ordered. In case the products do not match what was purchased, please inform us via email at info@iflamaglasses.com. Following the report, we will proceed with the replacement or return of the products. The customer must notify us of the replacement or return request within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.

PIOTTICA MANSI is not responsible for delayed and/or non-delivery of the product for which the courier is responsible.

PRICES

Unless otherwise indicated, all prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products sold on our website are covered by the manufacturer's legal conformity warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of product delivery.

In the event of manufacturing defects, please report them to us.

The product will be replaced with an identical one or, if not available, the customer can choose to replace it with an equivalent product or request a refund.

SHIPPING AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

For each product listed on the iFlama Glasses website, availability and shipping times are provided as estimates. Shipping times are calculated only after payment has been made, not upon order receipt. In case of payment by bank transfer, the shipment occurs only after the receipt of the payment (the sending of the invoice does not determine the shipping date).

For all orders received from Friday after the call center's closing time to Sunday or on holidays, processing begins on the first business day. In these cases, shipping times are calculated from the start of the order processing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For shipments to non-EU countries, shipping costs do not include any customs duties to be paid to the courier.

IMPORTANT 

The indicated shipping times are approximate and subject to factors that make an exact determination impossible. We recommend contacting us at the time of purchase to verify the actual availability of products.

RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or replacement of the products purchased within 15 days of delivery.

Once we receive the products to be returned or replaced and verify their integrity, we will refund or replace the purchased products with others of your choice (any price differences for the replaced products must be paid).

Shipping costs for returns and replacements are the responsibility of the customer.

The refund will be made by crediting the same method used for the purchase, and PIOTTICA MANSI will notify the customer by email.

PIOTTICA MANSI will verify whether the returned products are indeed in their original condition. If the products returned by the customer are damaged, lack the warranty seal, are incomplete, deteriorated, and/or dirty, they will be returned and not refunded.

Return Conditions

– Free Returns and Replacements are only valid for all sunglasses and prescription frames on the website

– Products must be intact and in the same condition in which you received them.

– Products must be in their original packaging with an information note or other documentation inside.

PROCEDURE

Contact Us

To initiate the return or replacement procedure, send an email to info@iflamaglasses.com requesting the return or replacement and specifying the order number. You will receive an email containing the return code and instructions for returning or replacing the products.

Packaging the Package

 Prepare the package for shipping by including a copy of the email received with the assigned return code.

Package Pickup

After receiving and verifying your return, we will proceed with the refund of the items or shipment of the replacement products.

REFUND

 The refund will be made using the payment method chosen at the time of the order.

For cash on delivery purchases, you can choose the payment method for the refund.

Refunds will be processed within 6 working days after the return of the product.

REPLACEMENT

Once we receive the products to be replaced, we will send you an email with a summary of the replacement products and the delivery times.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Purchases on our website are subject to the discipline of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999 and Legislative Decree no. 50 of 15/01/1992, which govern distance contracts.

PIOTTICA MANSI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to proceed with the shipment of the merchandise, even after accepting the order, in the event of anomalies in the order received or incorrect amounts calculated.
